Face Stress Symptoms
Stress is mental pressure on the mind of a person which led him to the situation where he finds himself burdened and pressed under a lot of troubles at a same time. He is capable of doing everything but his mind is not allowing him to accept the challenges. The stress Symptoms which one feels after being in this situation are temperature, weakness and depression. As mind is directly and indirectly connected to the body parts and one feels that his body has lose whole his control and could not work accordingly with the mind. This turns his condition and starts feeling temperature in his body. This temperature can lessen the immune system of that person leaving space for viruses and diseases to come and attack that person.Suppose if we take an example of a serious employee of a company who is serving the company at its best and daily stress to try to finish his work properly. With all these efforts he still not gets a little appreciation instead he starts facing taunts from his boss. Besides his practical life he has got a family to live with. Bearing all that from the office, he is unable to give time to his family. All his time got wasted up in thinking about how to impress the boss or how to cope with boss. Or maybe he is thinking that why my boss is not giving me proper or good attention.
I have seen many people under stress who commit suicide when they face a situation like this. Here I would say that suicide is not the remedy of the problem, instead it is the start of a new bigger problem. The time when a person is in stress he is facing a lot of troubles and problems. Hs mind is not cooperating with his body and he is facing a lot of pressure on himself. This is a time he wants a little motivation and politeness. Only that practice could handle his nerves.
My sincere advice for you people is to spend time with your friends and family. Share your problem with them as it would decrease your burden of stress. Go for morning walk daily and do exercise there. Increase your social circle by using social media. Use Facebook and twitter to find out your friends there. Share your ideas and thoughts on the Facebook. Also spend time with your children as they needs your special attention.
